At the event "The Briefing: AI for Science" earlier this week, Anthropic announced Claude Science, a new "AI workbench for scientists" that pulls fragmented tools and datasets into one environment, and generates figures and visuals. Anthropic, already dominating the industry with its popular coding tools and powerful AI models, framed the launch around what it […]

Most "LLM wikis" use agents, embeddings, and repeated model calls to organize local notes. I built a deterministic alternative: a pure Python compiler that turns messy markdown into a linked, linted wiki using only the standard library. Along the way, I fixed two real bugs, benchmarked the pipeline on two operating systems, and showed why a compiler is often a better fit than an agent for mechanical text organization. The post LLM Wikis Are Over-Engineered — I Replaced Mine With a Pure Python Co
I have noticed recently that Claude Code often sounds condescending, especially when explaining things. I feel being treated like child, gives me an impression of watching a Sesame Street episode, instead of working with a tool. Just today I ran Claude Code with Sonnet 5 and, to compare, OpenCode with a local Qwen 3.6, and asked both to explain me a pull request, same prompt, same CLAUDE.md file. Here are some excerpts: Sonnet title: "Teaching the program to speak JSON" Qwen title: "JSON deseria
Currently there doesn't seem to be anyone trying to simulate the tradeoffs between a singleton and a multipolar setup. Or looking at other tradeoffs like hidden and known agents, homogenous vs diverse agents and others. With LLMs it seems like we have a sandbox to test some of these things. Is this wrong? As a long time technical founder and startup accelerator program manager, I always thought there have to be a way to gather the early stage startup ecosystem together to help founders in a single platform. We have built Foundera that combines founder profiles, AI startup tools, and ecosystem matching for early stage founders to solve this problem. Try Foundera and tell me what you think, give us some feedback, I think we can improve and grow this app with your feedback in a better way. It's in b

Most verticals aren’t clean, well-oiled SaaS databases; the reality is ugly documents, proprietary schemas, implicit workflows, and long‑running tasks that most general-purpose models struggle with. This prompted construction project management company Trunk Tools to build a specialized, three-layer architecture — perception, semantics, agents — based on highly-detailed data to support high-accuracy, highly-relevant industry automation. Their purpose-built stack has shrunk review cycles from mon

I'm launching an alternative to Visualing called Page Deltas ( https://pagedeltas.com ) to monitor websites using LLMs. The idea is to ask AI which part of a webpage you want to monitor, and let it summarize detected changes for you. Useful to monitor your competitors for example (their pricing, products, TOS, etc.). I'd love to have your feedback on this. Do you think it's useful? Any advice? The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence infrastructure is typically framed as an energy problem. Data centers are projected to consume a growing share of global electricity demand: The International Energy Agency estimates they could account for 3 to 4 percent of total global consumption within this decade. Utilities are already adjusting long-term forecasts to accommodate anticipated growth from hyperscale facilities and high-density compute clusters. This framing captures scale. It miss
