In my last post I described graphlens — what it does, how it works — and along the way I casually claimed that an agent "burns tokens grepping around a repo." I gave exactly zero numbers to back that up.

This post fixes that. Here are the measurements, the data, and a reproducible harness. Spoiler: the conclusion is not the

I've been looking into AI tools like OpusClip and trying to understand how creators actually feel about them in practice.

From what I see, these tools are powerful, but they often come with subscription pricing, usage limits, and credit-based systems that can become restrictive if you're producing a lot of content.

I'm currently exploring an alternative idea: a desktop application that generates clips locally on your computer. The goal would be to give users more control over th

AI agent orchestration platforms are popping up like weeds these days, but London-based AI transformation startup Mindstone's Rebel might be among the most promising I've come across. That's because the system, which officially launched this week, is a local-first, agentic AI operating system distributed under a " Fair Source " license, allowing teams of under 100 users to freely adopt and customize it to suit their needs, while those organizations with more users will require paying for an ente

I have been dogfooding it for a couple of days. It works pretty well but I'm the only user and it's opinionated aroun
