We can all spot an AI written text Not by its hallucinations - because it generally isn't any. Not by poor grammar - because it isn't. In fact, that's the problem. The text IS perfect. Having been trained on loads of written texts - including a gazillion books - AI written texts contains all hallmarks of good texts; Sentence structure, grammar, rethoric tweaks and what not.
