Refund Policy

AiAnyTool.com offers paid listing and promotion services for AI tools. These services include Express Review ($29) and Premium Boost ($49), both of which are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Due to the nature of our digital services (tool listing review and promotional placement), all payments are generally considered final once the service delivery has been initiated.

2.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• Your tool has not yet been reviewed by our team (i.e., still in pending status)
• You request the refund within 48 hours of payment
• A technical error caused a duplicate charge

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The tool has already been reviewed and published on our directory
• The tool was rejected due to not meeting our listing criteria (e.g., spam, broken URL, duplicate submission)
• The refund request was made more than 48 hours after payment
• Promotional services (homepage feature, social media, newsletter) have already been delivered

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your payment email address
• The tool name submitted
• Your payment confirmation or receipt
• Reason for the refund request

Send your request to support@aianytool.com with the subject line "Refund Request". We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and future submissions being declined.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
