Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing any paid listing or promotion service. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview
AiAnyTool.com offers paid listing and promotion services for AI tools. These services include Express Review ($29) and Premium Boost ($49), both of which are one-time payments — there are no hidden subscriptions or recurring charges.
Due to the immediate allocation of manual evaluation resources and digital promotional placement, payments become non-refundable once our editorial review process has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- Your tool has not yet been reviewed by our team (i.e., still in pending status)
- You request the refund within 48 hours of purchase
- A technical error resulted in duplicate billing
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available in the following scenarios:
- The tool has already been reviewed and published on our directory
- The tool was rejected due to failing listing guidelines (e.g. malware, spam, domain inactivity, copyright violation)
- The refund request was submitted more than 48 hours after transaction
- Promotional distributions (newsletter blast, homepage featured carousel) have already been delivered
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us with the following details:
- Your billing email address
- Tool submission name and slug
- Order / Stripe transaction receipt number
- Reason for cancellation
Send your email to contact@aianytool.comwith the subject line "Refund Request". Our team responds within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days directly back to the original payment method (Credit card, Stripe, Apple Pay).
Depending on your financial institution, funds may take a few additional billing cycles to reflect on your statement.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage submitters to contact our support team directly before opening a dispute or chargeback with their credit card company. We resolve 99% of inquiries within 24 hours.
Unjustified chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in immediate delisting and exclusion from future platform indexing.
