Creately VIZ is an AI-powered tool that generates visuals to simplify tasks. Users can create a range of diagrams with few or many words and convert ideas into multiple visual frameworks. It also allows generating multiple perspective visualizations and using AI templates to access hundreds of visual frameworks to generate insights matching given context. The tool also assists in automating workflows by converting ideas and designs into action items while reducing busy work. It summarises, categorises, and transforms items on a canvas and allows workspace updates in a snap. Creately VIZ offers several collaboration features, including intelligent templates, instant item organisation and grouping on the canvas, and integration into MS Teams workflow. It provides the capability to transform the same information into multiple diagram types and extend diagrams without manual drawing. It also allows converting brainstorming sticky notes into an actionable Kanban board. The tool offers capabilities to convert conversations from channels into visual insights, capture action items and notes from meetings, and auto-update workspaces from conversations. Currently, it is available for only paid users. It is in the beta stage.
